In-season items shopping service

 We offer shopping service for in-season items from official merchandise websites or authorized retailers. These items will be under "Pre-Order" status as follows:

1. Visit the merchandise official websites and let us know the model(s) that you want.

2. We will give you a quote, inclusive of shipping to Malaysia via USPS first class airmail service.

3. After confirming stock availability, you will need to confirm your orders with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

4. We will purchase the items for you from the official brand store or authorized retailers.

5. The remaining 50% will be due before we ship the item out to you.

6. However, if you take too long to confirm with a deposit, we do not guarantee the availability or pricing of the item. If the item no longer exists on the official labels' websites or authorized retailers, we will not purchase them for you. This is to ensure authenticity of the product. If the price changes due to expiry of promotional/sales event, we will follow the current pricing at time of purchase.
