Alternatively, you may submit your orders to rnr2ubiz@gmail.com. Information needed are:
- a. Item Code (as specified in our blog)
- b. Your full name
- c. Your full mailing address
- d. Your reachable phone number
- e. Preferred shipping method (please refer "Shipping Policy"
2. Once you have received an email confirmation from us, we will furnish you with our Maybank, CIMB or HSBC account number (whichever you prefer). Payment can also be made via PayPal but an additional 7% will be charged to cover all PayPal related charges. At this point, the item will be reserved for you for 3 days.
3. Please deposit your full payment within 3 days. Please email us immediately once payment is made. If payment is not received, RNR2U reserves the right to release the item to other customers.
4.We will ship the product within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We will furnish you with the shipping details. (Please read "Shipping Policy" for further info).
5. Please notify us once the product arrives.
7. Goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable, unless the mistake is from our part (e.g. shipping the wrong product, wrong address).
8. We are not responsible for any mishaps after shipment is made (item damage, theft, lost).
9. We do not accept orders via Facebook or comments on this blog. They are for marketing purposes only.
