Standard shipping (ex-USA)

There is a weight limit on this option.Goods will be sent out via USPS First Class Airmail service, 10-14 business days. This also includes USPS Small Flat Rate Box or Flat Rate Envelope options for small items such as wallets and wristlets. NO tracking options available. Neither RNR2U nor the customers will be able to track this shipment. If the package weight is more than 4lbs (approx. 1.8kg), goods must be sent via Priority Mail.
Priority shipping (ex-USA)

Goods will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail service, 7-10 business days, with PARTIAL tracking options. Packages will be tracked during its transits to major destinations, including when it leaves RNR2U and when it arrives at KLIA.
Express shipping (ex-USA)
(additional charges apply)
Goods will be sent out via USPS Express Mail service, 5-7 business days, with FULL tracking options. Packages will be tracked at all stopping points on its way to you.
Self-pickup (ex-KL)
(inclusive in ex-KL prices)
Goods can be picked up in from our local KL agents, either in Gombak or Keramat.
Pos Laju (ex-KL)
(additional charges apply)
Goods will be sent out via Pos Laju service.
All prices listed on RNR2U are inclusive of the STANDARD SHIPPING option, unless indicated otherwise. If you prefer other shipping methods, we will quote you accordingly.
Tip: To save on shipping costs via priority or express, you can combine orders with your friends! We will upgrade your shipping from standard to priority mail for free when you want us to ship 2 or more items to one address.
